Do not let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith, and in purity.  I Timothy 4:12

Our teen program is part of the larger denominational program known as NYI (Nazarene Youth International).  NYI is made up on students and adult leaders in the Church of the Nazarene whose mission is "Making Christlike disciples in the Nations."

Any young person in 7th to 12th grade is welcome to be part of our group.  We strive to have an informal environment where everyone is free to participate and belong.  The group has been led by Ron Hintz for over ten years.  Ron enjoys, believes in, and supports our young people, encouraging them to become "Christlike disciples" that have a positive influence in their world.

Our meetings are held on Sunday nights at 6:00.  The meetings are held either in the church fellowship hall or in the homes of families who host the event on a rotating basis.  Transportation to the various homes is provided from the church at 6:00.

We also participate in other local and church activities throughout the year, including NYI district events, camps, and retreats.  These events allow us to build friendships with each other, and with other young people from all over the state and country.

Please feel free to contact the church or to call Ron at 647-8901 for further information about the group or upcoming activities.

We would love to have you or your teens be a part of our group!
